Acceptance And Commitment Therapy or ACT is an approach that is widely used in psychotherapy and counseling today. It is a form of counseling and a branch of clinical behaviour analysis, an action-oriented approach that stems from traditional and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Learn to stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with your inner emotions. Instead, accept that these deeper feelings are appropriate responses for certain situations that should not prevent you from moving forward with your life. With this understanding, you begin to accept issues and hardships and commit to making necessary changes in behavior, regardless of what is going on in your life and how you feel about it.
The goal of ACT is to create a rich and meaningful life while accepting the pain that inevitably comes with it.

this is the 2nd time I did this course
I have done a few of these courses on skillsuccess before. But I like this one and its a different concept to dealing with our attitudes and self care responses to issues but interesting. I like Emlira’s courses. The video production is always good and narration and material very reliable.
