    I’ve always tried different routines and different apps but never seemed to get the right combination of what to do and didn’t put enough research into refining what needs to be done. But with this course not only are there different workouts to try, there’s also a wealth of information that’s given during the lessons and throughout the entire course! It was really fun to sit there and learn and now I know what to do with my early mornings.

    Basically everything needs to be done with a balance.
    From the types of workouts to what are acceptable alcoholic beverages.
    Great non-gym workouts, that I’m glad he pointed out, because they work!
