    This is one of the absolute best courses I have ever taken! I’ve never had the skills or the training/guidance as to how to do this successfully. Now I have a very healthy and helpful model to follow as opposed to going in “blind” with emotion – which never works out when having to have crucial conversations, either for myself or for the other(s) involved. Emotions can be dealt with on their own in time, but the time is NOT when solutions need to be found and steps need to be taken to restore balance and safety in a situation. This applies to any and every difficult conversation that I may need to have. I’m actually angry that I never learned this and yet I’m so positively thrilled to have this model to follow going forward! Literally, everyone can benefit from taking this course!
