An excellent course. The legal aspects of American federal laws and State laws are not very relevant to European or UK students but they are interesting. The actual CPR instruction is very good, and the history of the procedure is very well done.

Fantastic Class and Instructor
I was CPR and Emergency First Care Aid certified twenty-one years ago. This instructor shared important updates on the international standards of CPR care, legal liability, state Good Samaritan Laws, and cardiac first aid care for women (which help one recognize the different symptoms of cardiac distress), which are all different from what was standard training in the USA. He also provided helpful PDFs citing the sources and instructions that he gave.
I may get recertification and am grateful for the quality lay education that he provided which are useful and important to know in 2023.
The instructor’s pace is perfect (with no need to speed up or slow down the audio), concise and engaging. I think it helped that he is a Civil Engineer, Lawyer, college Dean, and business owner by trade. He is also personable and has a knack for adult education.
