Excellent beginner course
Great course, and easy to understand.
Good foundational 3D design course - enjoyed it!
This is a relatively good foundation for learning 3D design for a beginner – but be prepared to go bacwards and forwards, pause, play and replay sections of the videos to get the full benefit of the course!
There are howewver a few niggles or minor details (hence the 4 stars) which can lead to frustrated efforts, such as needing to say “double-click” instead of “click” to perform a function on a particular line. This becomes quite evident later when one’s own design (i.e. soap dish module) has resulting incorrect measurements and doesn’t work. The acceleration of the course picks up from this module, which is probably where such issues can creep in.
The other niggle, is that the course appears to be using an earlier version of the program – some of the dialogue boxes have a different layout in the latest downloadable version to that in the course.
As one can manage all their courses in one place on SkillSuccess (with 24/7 support!), the module layout enabling returning to the course quite easily – and there is a certificate at the end of it – I consider this is one of the best deals going!
