    This is the second class I have taken with Felix as the instructor. The other was Time Management and Goal Setting which then led me to this one. He is very thorough. The material is very relatable and he makes it easy to understand. It is very well laid out. I only wish their more downloads. I didn’t see the TDEE calculation format, BMI calculations, Calorie Balancing formulas etc. This would just help to have reference guide for meal prepping, helping clients later down the road.
    Otherwise, I appreciate the amount of topics covered as well. It was a great blend of slides and personal examples/ videos. Professional and personable. I would recommend others take this.
