About the Instructor:

Viktor Neustroev

My name is Viktor Neustroev and I am a trader.

Since 2003 I have been trading financial markets starting with FOREX and then broadening horizons to commodity markets. Trading is all my life, but it really became a passion when I started trading options. Trading financial markets give people what they really want – financial independence.

I am also a chess player and a chess coach for my daughter (you can find my name in FIDE rating list). Why do I like financial markets? Because it’s like chess when you know the rules, but you don’t need to play against the market. Just follow your plan, again and again!

To sum up, I am here to share my trading experience. I believe that everyone wants to leave a trace in history and I see my mission in teaching and making people’s lives better.

Good examples soon, and I liked the fact I could pause the video to figure it out the move. Well explained with the arrows. Thanks.

    fun and informative chess course

    5.0

you don’t have to know the names of these tactical maneuvers in order to use them; I’m sure I’ve used many of these intuitively in my own games and in solving puzzles on lichess. but it’s fun to learn about the kind of in isolation and it’s fun to try to solve the puzzles before they are explained. I’d say this is an intermediate course — it would be very challenging for a beginner, although the first puzzle in each section is pretty easy. on the other hand, if you play serious chess you probably won’t find many of them challenging at all. me, I’m about a C to B player and i solved most of them, but did get stumped a couple of times. if you think this course will turn you into a master, it won’t, but if you follow the instructors advice to practice, you will improve. so if you enjoy chess, take this course for the fun of it

The techniques that are discussed really help you to get a better view on the game of chess as a whole. It awakened, in a way, a new level to the game all together.
