    Great Beginners Course


    This course was a great start for bodyweight fitness and basic nutrition. This course was easy to follow and provided great emphasis on the basics and true simplicity of bodyweight workouts and nutrition. It provided great options in exercises to for beginners with many alternatives as well as the ability to build on a workout with ideas for more difficult variations.
