Originating in South America, Leo honed his martial arts prowess from a young age, starting with karate. Upon relocating to the UK, he underwent rigorous training in conditioning performance for athletes, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and hand-to-hand combat self-defense.

Leo’s unwavering passion for fitness and martial arts has transcended borders, maintaining a diverse client base spanning from pro athletes to celebrities and individuals from all walks of life.     This is a good course. The instructor takes time to explain how to have your body, hold your hands, hip movements, legs. I have paid and taken a kickboxing class and didn’t get some of what was taught here, and why and realized I was doing things wrong. This was great so I can keep it up at home and have something to go back to if I need to. I would try more.
