Extremely helpful. As a novice I appreciated this so much. Michael is a natural teacher, very practical and senses what the viewer needs to know. Explained how to find inspiration for lyrics, rhyme schemes, song structure and the creative process. He emphasizes storytelling and infusing emotions into lyrics which I found invaluable.
