FAQ – Certificate

1. I bought this class for another person to use. Does it matter if I put it under my name or hers? Will there be a certificate?
   

   • Yes, there will be a certificate and the name you put on the Profile will be the name that shows on the certificate.

   

2. I’m finished with the course. How can I get the certificate?
   

   • Once you have finished the course, our system will automatically give you a link to access your certificate. Please ensure you have marked every unit of the course as ‘Complete’.

   

3. How do I access all my certificates?
   

   • First, make sure that you’re logged in.
     
   • Once you’re logged in, click on “My Certificates” on the top part of the page. It will show you the certificates for the courses you have completed and you can print it from there.
