How do I redeem my coupon?
- Type in your voucher code on the space provided, then click “Apply Coupon”.
- The total should then be 0 dollars for the course
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
I entered the coupon code but it is not accepted. It says “Code does not exist”. What do I do?
- Below the “Apply Coupon” button, you will find this message: “If you are having trouble redeeming your coupon, please click here”.
- Click on the link and it will direct you to another page.
- Provide the details needed, then you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to proceed.
I wasn’t able to redeem my voucher code and it has already expired, can I still take the class?
- Yes, we will still honor your expired voucher code. Just send us an email to [email protected] with your voucher code and the name of the course you purchased and we will process this for you. You may also click here to use our Contact Form.

- You’ll find your Skill Success Voucher code on the purchase invoice sent to you and on your Dashboard.
- When you’re logged-in, click on the arrow-down button beside your profile name and click “Dashboard” to get your code. You may then use this to redeem your chosen course.
I don’t want to buy the Skill Success Voucher for $19, how do I skip it?
- You may follow any of these steps to skip buying the extra voucher:
- Click the “No, continue to checkout” link
- Wait for the 2-minute countdown timer to run out, it will automatically redirect you to the Checkout page
