Alicia received her first computer, an Apple IIc, when she was 13 years old, and her passion for computers grew as she did. She began her career by designing a database for her father’s dental practice that automatically sent checkup reminders to patients every 6 months. Alicia later earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Tufts University and developed computer curricula. Today, she is the President of Royalwise.com, where she and her husband, Jamie, are in-demand computer trainers and business solutions consultants. Alicia has mastered teaching computer technology by embodying the art of communication, the patience of a trainer, the wisdom of a consultant, and the detailed eye of an obsessive/compulsive. She has authored several business computer training books, including Word: Tips and Tricks, and Master Intuit QuickBooks Online: From Setup to Tax Time.
