When I was looking for the best description of what I do, I came across Mother Teresa's quote “It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving.” I could not have captured that better! Inspired by Simon Sinek, I believe that discovering your ‘WHY’ (or as Tony Robbins calls it ‘My Definite Purpose’) is a crucial part of every professional and organisation. It is a great reference point for all our decisions and actions. It captures in a way a vital part of who we are and what makes us productive. It's the reason for waking up in the morning with openness and positive anticipation of the day. What is my reason, my why?
