Sebastian Văduva teaches at The Griffiths School of Management and IT within Emanuel University of Oradea. He was born in Communist Romania but moved to Cleveland, Ohio, at 12 with his family. He started his first company at 17, and since then, with various partners, he has been involved in over 25 startups and advised over 50 corporations. Sebastian obtained a marketing degree in 1998 and an MBA in 1999. In 2004, he returned to Romania, first as a Fulbright Scholar and then as the Dean of the Griffiths School of Management. He has a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and a second one in Public Management. He has co-authored 15 books, 40 academic articles and edited 10 conference proceedings. He also serves as a visiting professor at several universities in person or online. Since 2019, he has been the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Ethics in Entrepreneurship and Technology with Emerald Publications. Sebastian has participated in several, including the Romanian Academic Network, a weekly radio and TV program, and a YouTube channel. His passion is to help young people, professionals, and business executives thrive and develop.
