Abi is a double Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and NASM Qualified Personal Trainer. She was born in England but now travels all over the world learning cutting edge exercise, nutrition and health techniques to share with her online community. She combines her personal training experience with her love of yoga to create a unique style that focuses primarily on the physical and mental aspects of the practice. She believes that yoga is fundamental for training balance, flexibility, mobility, strength, relaxation and mental focus as well as for relieving stress and pain. Her mission is to bring a new simple and efficient style of yoga to busy men and women keen to take advantage of the innumerable, science-backed benefits to improve the quality of their life.
