Marcus is a Certified Agile Professional where he has completed more than 10 agile-related professional certification courses from Scrum Alliance, International Consortium for Agile, and Scrum org. Most notably, Marcus is an IC-Agile Certified Professional Agile Coach & Enterprise Agile Coach, and is also a Professional Scrum Master 1 and a Certified ScrumMaster. Marcus embodies an agile mindset, and applies agile values and principles into his professional and personal life. He believes that agility is an important yet fundamental way of thinking to succeed in the digital era. Through his courses, he hopes to spread the importance of agility to students and working professionals and instil an agile mindset in all his students.
