    Can't wait to get into this as I have just started learning a little (cooking a regular evening meal) in the kitchen and need to find out as much as I can for help.     What a life affirming course
    I only started yesterday and am amazed at the things that it's possible to learn from Chef Teton. The opening video certainly shows how impressed she is in all the dietary/cooking/nutrition information (the very reason why I wanted to take this course) she is going to share with us. So I'm really going to persevere with at least an hour of learning a day. Who knows where I'll be in a month's time.. maybe doing other similar courses too.
