Great for different personalities
I got the class for my 7-yr-old artist. She’s loving it and getting schoolwork done with far less complaints with this as incentive. My 5-yr-old perfectionist, on the other hand, panics at the practice sheets because hers won’t be perfect. Today I feel like we reached a breakthrough – she did the exercises with her own twist instead of trying to copy it exactly. Both enjoy actually watching the videos, and the artist loves doing them multiple times and going back to add full color. She’s begging for the rest of the series, and I’m sure we’ll have them all eventually.

Cheery instructor delivers drawing confidence
Cheery instructor with a naturally calm presentation of lessons. My child enjoyed the lessons though wished for themes more attractive to boys; cars, spaceships, dinosaurs, seem, aliens, seem to be the most popular suggestions. The drawing warm-up exercises were good. I would have liked to see more techniques included, but the course delivered in giving my kiddo more confidence with drawing. We have now started the course with oil pastels. Thanks, Em!
