Communication styles, but haphazardly managed
To be clear, the presenter Ajay is very knowledgeable and definitely appears to have put in a lot of work to create this short course on communication, but there are a few things that I found problematic in the presentation.
1. I found that the presenter’s pacing to be a slight distraction, as the sentences were spoken with reasonable pace, but there were too many long pauses between the sentences.
2. The most difficult thing in hearing what was being spoken was that there were no closed captions, and this conflicts with people that are hard-of-hearing like myself.
3. Lastly, the presenter had a tendency to “tail off” in his volume at the end of many of his sentences, so that the last word or words in the sentences were barely audible, and once again, this presents a problem for people who are hard-of-hearing.
Overall, these are things that can certainly be corrected for a revised version of this course.
