Extremely Basic Info for Self-Study
The course has good basics for new writers including some writing prompts. But the information barely scratches the surface of writing stories. Ironically the instructor talks about dialogue and description not being filler while the majority of the training manually is unnecessary, pretentious filler. Mostly, it’s self-study tasks that can help new writers. But the course has no “master tips” for experience writers needing help improving their writing.
Useful
All beginning writers should take this course. The information is useful, the instructors are encouraging, and it comes with a downloadable training manual. This was time well spent.
