Instructor Profile

Dr. Derek Cooper is managing director of Thomas Institute, an educational travel company specializing in learning on location. He also manages Dodekagram, a spiritual formation organization designed for people living in a digital age. He is the author of more than a dozen books, and has given lectures at colleges all over the world. He has visited more than 75 countries and earned a PhD in the history of religion and an MBA in international entrepreneurship. He additionally runs a YouTube channel called Thomas Institute.
