    This course shows exactly what the Instructor would have taught the student if they were face to face which I think is great because it shows you exactly what to do and how to practice it with a partner! At the beginning of each video is a summary of what the defense move is, what it is used for, and how it defends you. Following that is a video example from a lesson.
    Overall, this course is worth the time and notes taken because it can only help you if you are looking for a well-structured online self-defense course.
