    I am enjoying this course very much. The entire world would be a better place if everyone took this course! Excellent content here and well-organized. The instructor, Cesar, shares his background and his study and perspectives on meditation and he shares practice sessions that you can download and support material with diagrams. Not religious based, but I combine mine with prayer as a Christian. Love this course!
