everything was very helpful, with a variety of tips and suggestions to try. Pat explains thing clearly and there’s a workbook too. I have problems sleeping…usually it’s falling asleep. A lot of times, I think my problem is due to my illness. I’ve tried a good amount of stuff mentioned and nothing really has seemed to work; like I stopped the caffeine and trying not to take my tablet in the bedroom, but there are some other things that I haven’t tried so I am going to try them and keep a log to see if any works. Thanks, Pat, awesome class!
i found this good advice
Some issues don’t apply to me but i have had insomnia and hard to get off to sleep or restless legs and jerks and i used to get a lot of night sweats in my twenties but mostly with inflections or viruses or medications. i love the meditation and aroma therapy ideas.
