Great course for those looking to learn the basic nutritional info. I took an intro to nutrition course at my University last year, so most of this was a review for me, but still beneficial! I find that I tend to eat a lot healthier while in the process of learning how the food I eat actually works within my body. I hope to see a more advanced/in depth course some day 🙂
