    Great classes, maybe too hard for beginners

    I’m not done this class yet but feel I’ve seen enough to review. This course does a great job of teaching you how to flow, with many classes starting with the same routine for the first section. It can get repetitive if you have already mastered those poses. I think this course is geared more towards learners who have taken in studio classes before and had poses corrected, as the instructor does not tell what you should be looking for and what to avoid in your poses very often. As a home practitioner, I found many poses were too difficult for beginners but I’m excited to repeat my classes in this course and master them eventually. Overall, a difficult but inspiring course.
