    Really enjoyed the course and it’s a great insight into TABATA training. Ideal for at home, the gym, at the beach or garden! Have been trying a couple of ideas with a few older elite sports performers in lockdown online also and they love the concept – they are now researching it for themselves to add into their own home workouts!
